Indulge in these divine high-protein, gooey, guilt-free fudge brownies brimming with fruit and nourishing fats. I'm dead serious – these are my daily (and now not-so-secret) treat.


  • 4 ripe bananas

  • 1 cup of peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder

  • 1/3 cup of vanilla or chocolate protein powder (I use Isagenix, to purchase, go here!)

  • 1 cup of chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup of dates or pistachios


  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a baking tin with baking paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, mash together the bananas, cocoa powder, protein powder, and peanut butter until well combined.

  3. Stir in the chocolate chips or dates.

  4. Pour the mixture into the lined tin, sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top, and bake for 25 minutes.

  5. Once done, remove from the oven, sprinkle the pistachios (or nuts of choice) and allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
